Imaging Director -
Cobre Valley Community Hospital is recruiting for an Imaging Director. This position is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the Imaging Services Department. Ensures compliance with patient care quality standards as it relates to the care provided to all age groups of patients ranging from newborn to elderly. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Assures competency of all personnel. Develops annual department budget. Maintains the PACS system as the administrator. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols
Requirements include: High School graduate; BS degree required, Masters preferred. Graduation from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, either college affiliated or hospital trained. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Certified by the State of Arizona to practice and administer radiation. Current BCLS certification. 3-5 years experience in Imaging Services management. Experience such as Supervisor or Assistant Director of an Imaging Services department. Advanced computer knowledge. Knowledgeable of all imaging modalities. Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills. Must be able to adhere to the Standards of Performance for CVCH.
Additional Information Position Type : Full Time Shift : Day Salary: $75,000.00 to $92,000.00 per year
